Will is a Senior Communications Consultant
The focus of Will’s work is to improve the way climate change adaptation, risk and resilience are communicated. He has helped a wide range of organisations to better communicate about climate change, increase the impact of their messaging, and share knowledge and best practice. Will believes that effective communications should encourage and empower people to take action.
He is experienced in designing and delivering targeted communications strategies; narrative identification and development; online community building; capacity building and communications training; copywriting and editing; and monitoring and evaluation of online communications impact.
Will is currently the lead communications expert for the knowledge and learning component of the Asian Development Bank’s Urban Climate Change Resilience Trust Fund. Previously, he led communications activities on projects for clients including the Rockefeller Foundation, C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group, The Climate and Development Knowledge Network and NOAA’s National Centers for Environmental Information.
Will holds an MSc in Environmental Governance from the University of Manchester.
