Lydia is a Communications Consultant
Lydia is a specialist in communicating climate science to different audiences and equipping others to do the same. She is experienced in designing and facilitating research and analysis on different narrative approaches, training workshops, and developing community conversations. She has previously worked for organisations encouraging behaviour change, identifying how to best engage audiences with climate change and different actions, and measuring and communicating their progress. As an environmental and social scientist, Lydia has a keen interest in interdisciplinary work and how applied science can provide social solutions.
In her spare time, she enjoys playing a variety of musical instruments, road cycling, and creating artwork.
Alongside her work for Acclimatise, Lydia is a Leverhulme Doctoral Scholar in Climate Justice at the University of Reading. She also holds an MRes in Politics and International Relations from the University of Reading, and a BSc in Environmental Science from the University of East Anglia.
