Caroline Fouvet

Caroline is a Climate Finance Analyst

Caroline has over four years of experience in sustainable development and climate change. At Acclimatise, she is a climate finance analyst assisting countries to build their national climate finance capacities, secure accreditation to international funds, design and develop project concepts and full projects for investment, with a particular focus on the Green Climate Fund (GCF). She is experienced in engaging the private sector, including corporate and financial institutions, in financing climate change adaptation by undertaking market research, conducting stakeholder consultations, and drafting reports and learning papers on the topic.

Caroline has also worked on the implementation of Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) recommendations by being a researcher for the United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative (UNEP-FI) assignment on piloting these recommendations with a group of 16 banks, as well as for a project with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on identifying metrics to support corporations’ TCFD-related disclosures.

Caroline is fluent in French, English, Spanish and has a working knowledge of German.
