Amanda Rycerz, climate risk analyst at Acclimatise North America, features in the latest video produced by the Climate Listening Project. The brainchild of campaigner and journalist, Dayna Reggero, the Climate Listening Project explores the connections between climate change, food, faith, environment, business, and community through a series of short films.

The films bring the latest climate science and resilience thinking to life through inspiring stories from people living across America and around the globe. This new video featuring Amanda explores the stories of people working together to create climate solutions and build resilience.

Amanda, speaking on the subject of business resilience to climate change, explained the importance of businesses engaging in conversations about the climate change issue. “Businesses should talk about climate change because climate change poses a significant potential material risk to their businesses” she said. “There really isn’t a one size fits all solution for adaptation, It depends on every single company, so [Acclimatise] do assessments and determine the best ways that businesses can integrate adaptation measures to mitigate risk in the future”.
