The U.S. SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) has just published guidance for climate risk disclosure.

On the 27th January 2010 the SEC voted to publish ‘Interpretive Guidance on Disclosure Related to Business or Legal Developments Regarding Climate Change’ which is due to be released shortly.
